Shipping

Shipping Prices on the Online Store are for USPS ONLY. If you are ordering non living material it will be shipped via Fed Ex Ground or USPS, whichever is less.

Live Guarantee

  • We must be notified within 48 hrs of receiving DOA shipments for replacements to be made.

  • We cannot guarantee live delivery if you are above 85 degrees. We will put in ice packs and do what we can.

  • Products / Package must be signed for by the recipient and shipped via Fed Ex Priority Overnight for any live guarantee.

  • We cannot guarantee live delivery for shipments left outside.

  • Shipment delays are unavoidable in severe winter weather and the holiday season.

  • If only part of the lives are lost we reserve the right to make up the loss on the next order.

Currently we use US Priority Mail and Fed Ex for all live shipments. USPS is TYPICALLY 2-3 days*. Some states will require a hold at the nearest location due to heat (or cold as the case may be). For exact charges please call our toll free number (1-877-FLYMEAT).

For all non living orders we offer Fed Ex Ground and USPS.

Orders received by 10am typically are shipped the same day. If you are having a food emergency please place your order by phone to be sure when and how it will be shipped. No live shipments will be shipped on Thursdays or Fridays, so if you order via the online store at the end of the week, please note you will have a Monday ship date. (1-253-853-6328)

We do not accept personal checks.

We can ship non-living items and Drosophila melanogaster (no other live insects will be shipped) to Canada. For this we use USPS. Shipping costs to AK and HI are higher, please call for rates. We do not ship live to Hawaii.
